The development of timber industry cluster in Vologda region will require additional assistance of the Forestry Agency and establishment of fast-growing wood plantations for the new pulp and paper mill, said the governor of the region Oleg Kuvshinnikov at a meeting with the head of Forestry Agency Vladimir Lebedev, Russian Forestry News reported.

On Aug. 8, in honor of St. Herman of Alaska, church bells sung out in unison in Russia and America.
